the approved access road study note this study is identical in its
pagination and sepup to the original document
the Appendix
section B to the above holds the comments from the
public.
There are 8
pages of single line comments against the park, almost all from the
western side, concerning the Beaver Lake road these comments are not
located on the index and are about 2/3rds of the way through the
document We have extracted them and numbered the pages (onto this
site). the reader should note these are Ms Walls comments of the
meeting and information she received, not an independent recording.
There was no secretary or recording device.
Ms. Wall
answers 11 concerns
- they have also been extracted (
To this site). 4 of the 11 comments detail road improvements to
come which we are now told will not happen. 2 detail
parking lots garbage handling, and washroom facilities. One
comment is with regard to the Beaver lake road parking facility that is
"within the existing right -of -way and does not encroach on anyone
private property" neither statement is correct. One section details
Beaver Lake road improvements - -not going to happen.
In summary none of the comments were incorporated into the report
itself that we can see.
Conclusion, everything we as public said, and all that
effort, is blown away in 3 error filled pages.
Peter Chown writes
to the minister MNR. I think he is pleased with the AMP -
